We are open from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Sunday.
How do I know how much tile to purchase?
Our team can assist with measurements and calculations based on the size of your project. Bring your room dimensions to our showroom for guidance.
We also have an online square footage calculator to help with your order. However, we do recommend adding a 10% overage incase!
Where can tile be installed?
Tile can be installed in kitchens, bathrooms, walls, floors, outdoor patios, and more. However, each tile has specific recommended uses, which we can help you determine and will be marked on the tile product sheet.
How do I know what tile will work for my space?
Our knowledgeable staff can recommend the best options based on your style preferences and project needs.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated restock date, or we can help you choose a similar in-stock product.
How do I clean and care for my tile?
We recommend using a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and following specific care instructions for each tile type.
There is variation in colour/size/shape of the tile I ordered, is this normal?
Yes, natural variations in tile are normal and add to the uniqueness of the design. If you're concerned, or there is a distinct variation that is not natural to that tile please feel free to discuss options with our team.
Is all your tile stocked in store?
Yes, all the tile shown in our showroom is available in stock.
What if my order is damaged or I'm missing items?
Please contact us immediately to resolve any issues with your order.
Do I need to make an appointment for a showroom visit?
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are always welcome!
I do not have a designer. How do I get design help?
Our showroom associates are experienced and ready to help you with your project. We also have a network of designers we can recommend within the Greater Vancouver area.
Where can I get samples?
Samples are available in our Vancouver showroom.
Do I need to return my samples?
No, samples are yours to keep for future inspiration.
Can I purchase online?
Currently, all purchases are made in-store or over the phone.
Do I need to hire a professional for installation?
Yes, for the best results, we recommend hiring a professional tile installer unless you have prior experience.
Do I need to seal tile after installation?
We recommend sealing all tile installations. Test a small sample first to ensure compatibility with the sealer.
